We here at KDA Tech Solutions have worked with Vox Tandem for many years now. I am very glad we decided to use Vox Tandem
instead of going with a self-hosted solution. We use Vox Tandem both in-house and we resell the systems to our clients.
Vox Tandem's hosted solutions have come through and save our clients when power goes out or the internet goes down at
their location. The mobile app has been extremely useful to keep not only our business, but all our clients’ businesses
running smoothly even when out of the office and on the go. The voicemail to email features are great and we love that the
features come all included and do not nickel and dime us. With all that said, our favorite part of the relationship is
their world class service and support. John and Nate know their system and the industry hands down and have always come
through in a pinch when we called on them. They are one of our favorite vendors to work with. Our projects always get
