Service Description Price
Support Package - Hourly Support is billed on an hourly basis $120.00/hour
Support Package - Monitor Only Monthly plan includes regular updates on your server and 3CX installation $40.00/mo

*Monthly monitoring package require Vox Tandem hosted cloud solution in order to provide monitoring which includes regular updates on your server and 3CX installation. One support ticket equals up to 1 hour of support. Any additional support that would be needed is billed at a rate of $120.00 per hour, as-needed or as requested by the customer.
