Email gateway

Vox Tandem email gateway allows users to send and receive faxes directly from their email. All email clients are supported and inbound emails are authenticated against a user list with an SPF record check.

For additional security, TLS encryption is supported between mail servers.

FaxBridge

Our plug-and-play VoIP fax adapters let you easily integrate your existing fax machines and MFPs to use Vox Tandem’s ultra secure and reliable cloud fax network.

Web Portal

Vox Tandem offers a secure, mobile-friendly, cross-browser compatible web interface to send and receive faxes. Users can send and receive faxes, access fax history, and modify account settings with ease from within our modern and intuitive web portal.

The web portal also contains an advanced administrative interface offering a robust feature set where account administrators can set or remove permissions, manage workflows, and provision new users.
