Can I port this number to your network?

Checking to see if a number is portable to Vox Tandem is easy. Simply go to Services / Originations / LNP Check or click LNP Check

It is easy! Simply log into your Vox Tandem web portal, click 'Billing' and 'Add New Card'. Once added, confirm your newly added card by 1) checking the credit card website and vierfy the amount Vox Tandem authorized on your card or 2) simply call your credit card company and ask for the amount authorized by Vox Tandem. Once you have obtained the amount, sign into your web portal and click on the 'review card' page.

Porting a local number can take up to 3 weeks depending on the losing carrier. Typically, we receive FOC dates for local numbers within 3-5 business days and for Toll Free Numbers, even sooner! For further questions, contact your sales representative!
